Bibiana St. James has extensive experience in capital markets and financial transactions involving Latin American companies. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. St. James was an associate at a leading Honduran law firm, where she practiced in a range of areas including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and general corporate matters.
